Kung Fu (meaning skill acquired over time) is not a term for one type of martial arts. Tai chi is a system of Kung Fu as well as the more well known Shaolin long fist.

Who can take classes?

Anyone can train regardless of age and ability. All that's required is the patience to train your skill.

Which class is right for me?

Tai chi tends to be a slower class focused on balance, breathing, and centering yourself. Often people looking for meditation and relaxation train in this class.
The long fist class is more aerobic and quicker in its movements. Both classes can be recommended for students wanting a balance between athletics and relaxation, but either class will be of benefit to the student.
